We had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the welcoming and kind staff to the excellent food, everything was perfect. The cleanliness was remarkable, and the hotel facilities were outstanding. We appreciated the free parking and the easy transportation access from this location close to larger cities. Also, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff made it even better with their fantastic service.
Everything was spot on.

Stayed over Christmas. Great location near city park and old spa, good value for money. Water in pool was warm enough and jacuzzi was great.
Room not as described, no balcony, no garden view, no toiletries. Staff unfriendly, corridors and stairs dark, smelly restaurant where smoking was allowed.

We had a great time in a lovely hotel located near major cities. the spacious rooms were sparkling clean, and the amazing staff was always friendly and available to offer any assistance. the breakfast was a real highlight – it was a tasty and freshly prepared selection of dishes. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the spa after touring the area. the peaceful and tranquil environment was a perfect break from the hustle and bustle of life. we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking quality, comfort, and a great location.
The decor was a bit outdated.

Spent New Year's Eve at a small hotel with my partner, near a famous thermal destination. The staff was welcoming and we had a view to a river. Also the food was delicious, enjoyed trying new dishes and local specialties.
The room's cleanliness was poor. Sheets and towels didn't seem to be changed daily, and the bathroom had a moldy smell. Additionally, the advertised pool and sauna were out of order, which was disappointing. the hotel needs to improve the maintenance of the facilities.

We had a great stay at this place. The staff was kind and helpful, always greeting us with a lovely smile. The food was excellent, especially the Serbian style dishes. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a nice balcony. The spa center was very relaxing, and we enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. we had a fantastic experience here.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel with great service and amenities.
